OEM and ODM Customization Capabilities

YFX Shower supports distributors, bathroom brands, contractors and project buyers who need an enclosure adapted to a target opening or market. Custom review can cover overall dimensions, door movement, aluminum or 304 stainless steel frame material for applicable models, surface finish, compatible handles and hardware, component scope, packaging and labels. The available options depend on the selected enclosure structure; they are confirmed in a quotation and drawing rather than assumed across every model.

Buyers can start with an existing YFX shower enclosure model or provide a drawing for a custom shower solution. Using a proven structure as the starting point normally makes it easier to review panel arrangement, hardware compatibility and installation conditions. OEM/ODM Cooperation Process

1. Requirement collection: send the product link or drawing, finished opening dimensions, layout, opening direction, material, finish, glass requirement, quantity and destination.
2. Structure review: YFX checks whether the requested size and components suit the selected sliding and hinged, neo-angle, quadrant, corner, specialty or custom configuration.
3. Quotation and scope: the quotation identifies whether the order is a complete enclosure or a frame and hardware kit, together with the included parts, packaging and commercial terms.
4. Drawing or sample confirmation: model-specific dimensions, door movement, finish and component scope are confirmed before production when a drawing or sample is required.
5. Production and checking: profiles, compatible hardware and glass for complete-enclosure orders are coordinated according to the approved specification. Frame-kit orders exclude glass.
6. Packing and delivery coordination: cartons, labels, quantity, shipping method, destination and required documents are checked against the order.

MOQ and Sample Orders

The MOQ is 1 set. This allows a distributor or project buyer to evaluate an approved product before repeat purchasing. A sample should use the intended material, finish, hardware and packaging details whenever those items are part of the evaluation. Changes made after a sample can affect price, compatibility and lead time, so revised specifications should be reconfirmed.

Complete Enclosures and Frame-Only Supply

A complete shower enclosure includes the glass, profiles and compatible hardware specified for the selected model. A frame and hardware kit supplies the approved profiles and matching hardware without glass. Finished product photographs may illustrate both options, but the quotation and packing list control the actual supply scope. Information Needed for Project Orders

For hotels, apartments, residential developments and renovation programs, send a room schedule showing model, quantity, opening size and any special installation condition. Separate standard rooms from non-standard rooms and identify finish consistency, packaging labels and delivery sequence requirements. A clear schedule helps the factory review repeated configurations and isolate special items before production.
