YFX Shower manufactures complete shower enclosures and matching frame systems in China. The 10,000+ m² facility brings aluminum profile processing, metal component preparation and shower enclosure assembly into one production workflow. A 20-person team supports requirement review, production coordination, inspection and export preparation.
Profile Processing
Aluminum shower profiles and related frame components are reviewed against the selected enclosure model, drawing, finish and hardware requirements.
Enclosure Assembly
Sliding and hinged, neo-angle, quadrant, corner, specialty and custom configurations are prepared according to the approved product scope and opening information.
OEM/ODM Coordination
Custom dimensions, opening directions, finishes, hardware combinations and packing requirements can be evaluated from drawings or reference samples.
Supply Scope for Overseas Buyers
A complete shower enclosure includes the glass specified for the approved model together with its profiles and matching hardware. A frame-and-hardware kit contains the confirmed frame components and compatible hardware but does not include glass. Finished-enclosure images may be used to show the assembled appearance; the approved quotation and drawing define exactly what is supplied.
YFX works with importers, distributors, bathroom brands, contractors and project purchasing teams. MOQ starts from 1 set, allowing a buyer to evaluate a model or project-specific opening before a larger purchasing program.
From Requirement Review to Export Packing
Before production, the team reviews the product type, finished opening dimensions, door movement, frame material, surface finish, glass requirement, hardware scope, quantity and destination. Production and inspection then follow the approved information. Packing marks and protective packaging are confirmed according to the product scope and transport plan.
