These Terms of Service govern your use of yfxshower.com and your communications with YFX Shower, operated by Yuanfu Xin Sanitary Ware Factory (“YFX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. Separate quotations, drawings, purchase orders, sales contracts, and written confirmations may contain additional or different terms for a specific transaction.

Website Purpose

This website provides general information about shower enclosures, shower doors, aluminum and stainless steel profiles, frame kits, hardware kits, OEM/ODM capabilities, and related manufacturing services. Website content is provided for business evaluation and inquiry purposes. It is not a binding offer unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

Quotations and Orders

Prices, payment terms, production schedules, packaging, delivery dates, freight arrangements, and product availability are confirmed in the applicable quotation or contract. A website inquiry does not create an order. An order becomes binding only after the relevant specifications and commercial terms are accepted through the agreed written process.

The standard minimum order quantity is 1 set, but model-specific, sample, packaging, or logistics conditions may be confirmed in the quotation.

Product Scope and Images

Product images show the design and installed appearance and may include accessories, glass, bathroom fixtures, or surroundings used for illustration. The written quotation, bill of materials, and approved drawing define the actual supply scope.

A complete shower enclosure includes the glass specified for the selected and approved model. A shower frame, profile, or frame-and-hardware kit does not include glass unless the quotation expressly states otherwise. Buyers should confirm whether they require a complete enclosure or a frame/profile supply before ordering.

Custom Products and Drawings

For custom sizes, finishes, opening directions, profiles, hardware, glass specifications, or packaging, the buyer must provide accurate measurements and requirements. Production is based on the final approved drawing, sample, specification, or written confirmation. Changes requested after approval may affect price, lead time, tooling, materials, and delivery.

Inspection and Claims

Inspection methods, acceptance standards, warranty terms, and the procedure for reporting shortages, transit damage, or quality concerns are defined in the applicable quotation or contract. Buyers should inspect shipments promptly and retain packaging, labels, photos, videos, and relevant records when reporting an issue.

Intellectual Property

Website text, photographs, graphics, branding, drawings, and other materials are owned by YFX or used with permission. You may view and share website links for legitimate business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, misrepresent, or commercially exploit website materials without written permission.

Ownership and permitted use of buyer-supplied drawings, custom tooling, samples, or jointly developed designs are determined by the relevant written agreement.

Acceptable Use

You must not use this website to violate law, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit false information, impersonate another person or company, or collect data through abusive automated methods.
