Custom Kit and Specification Review

Send the enclosure drawing, finished opening dimensions, door movement, installation constraints and reference images. YFX supplies both aluminum alloy and stainless steel profiles. Identify the preferred material and grade so section geometry, processing and matching hardware can be reviewed for the custom design. Also confirm the surface finish, hardware requirements, quantity, destination and packing needs. When glass will be sourced locally, include the planned glass dimensions and processing details. YFX uses the approved drawing or written specification to review compatibility rather than assuming details from a photograph.

Prepare a Custom Profile Inquiry

1. Record the installation space. Use the shower opening measurement guide for finished dimensions, wall conditions and opening clearance. Label unfinished measurements as preliminary.
2. Define the drawing and component scope. Follow the OEM drawing and quotation checklist to identify profile sections, fixing positions, door movement, finish and required hardware. Glass dimensions and machining details need separate confirmation for locally sourced glass.
3. Compare the same specification. Review our custom profile manufacturer selection guide before comparing quotations. Keep the drawing revision, included parts, quantity breakdown and packaging requirements consistent.
