Product development for overseas buyers starts with clear requirements, not broad claims. YFX Shower is a China shower enclosure manufacturer with more than 20 years of industry experience, a 10,000+ square metre factory and a 20-person team. Our current work combines aluminum profile processing, metal component preparation and shower enclosure assembly for standard and OEM/ODM orders.
This update explains how we review product requirements for distributors, bathroom brands, contractors and project buyers. It does not claim that every material, finish or component applies to every model. The approved drawing and quotation determine the final product specification.
Start with the Correct Supply Scope
The first decision is whether the buyer needs a complete shower enclosure or a matching frame and hardware kit. A complete shower enclosure includes the glass, profiles and compatible hardware specified for the selected model. A frame and hardware kit does not include glass, even when the website image shows a finished enclosure.
Separating these two supply options prevents confusion during quotation, packing and installation planning. Buyers should state the required scope at the beginning of the enquiry and confirm it again when approving the order.
Product Families Available for Review
YFX offers several opening systems and enclosure layouts. The correct choice depends on the bathroom opening, available movement space, wall and floor conditions, access requirements and preferred appearance.
- Sliding shower doors for openings where outward swing clearance is limited.
- Pivot and swing shower doors for layouts with suitable door movement space.
- Diamond shower enclosures for angular corner arrangements.
- Quadrant shower enclosures for curved corner layouts.
- 90-degree hinged shower doors for approved corner and straight-entry configurations.
- Custom shower solutions reviewed against supplied dimensions and drawings.

Material, Finish and Drawing Confirmation
YFX works with aluminum and stainless steel frame systems. The exact material, grade, finish, dimensions and hardware scope are model-specific and must be confirmed rather than copied from another product page. Buyers can review the dedicated aluminum shower profile range when profile-only or matching frame requirements are involved.
For quotation, send the finished opening width and height, wall and floor conditions, preferred door movement, finish reference, glass requirement, quantity, destination and any reference drawing. These details help distinguish a standard configuration from an OEM/ODM request.
OEM and ODM Requirement Review
Custom work is reviewed through a defined sequence. First, the buyer provides dimensions, model references and supply scope. Next, YFX checks the proposed configuration and identifies questions about door movement, panel arrangement, finish or installation conditions. The drawing and quotation are then updated for approval before production.
- Send dimensions, quantity, destination and product references.
- Confirm complete enclosure or frame and hardware kit.
- Review material, finish, glass and hardware requirements.
- Approve the drawing, component scope, packing and commercial terms.
- Proceed with production and inspection against the confirmed specification.
See the complete OEM shower enclosure service process for the information required before a custom quotation.
Production, Inspection and Packing

The confirmed product information becomes the reference for production and inspection. Material and component checks, in-process review and finished-product inspection should be tied to the approved order rather than to general marketing statements. Read the current YFX quality control process for more detail.
Packaging requirements should be supplied with the order, particularly when model identification, carton marks or separate bathroom schedules are required. Shipping method, payment terms and lead time are confirmed for each order. See shipping and payment information before final approval.
Minimum Order and Quotation Checklist
The standard MOQ is 1 set. Before requesting a quotation, prepare the opening dimensions, selected model or reference image, supply scope, material and finish preference, glass requirement, quantity, destination and packing needs. This information allows the sales and technical teams to respond with a clearer specification.
